If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You will only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if such loss in value is the result of handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

If you finance this contract through a loan and later withdraw, you are no longer bound by the loan contract either, provided both contracts form an economic unit. This is in particular the case if we are also your lender or if your lender uses our involvement in financing the contract. If the loan has already accrued to us when the withdrawal takes effect, your lender steps into our rights and obligations under the financed contract with respect to the legal consequences of withdrawal or return. The latter does not apply if this contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign currency or derivatives).
If you wish to avoid contractual obligations as far as possible, exercise your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement, if you are also entitled to a right of withdrawal there.

Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. The goods should, if possible, be returned to the seller in their original packaging with all accessories. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use other suitable packaging to ensure sufficient protection from damage in transit and to avoid possible damages claims due to inadequate packaging.
